Reflexions started off with a bang as Carmine Gallo, journalist, commentator, and best-selling author, presented on how retailers can leverage best customer engagement practices from other industries to create enchanted experiences in their stores. The rest of the conference was packed with presentations by top executives from more than a dozen retailers.
