Part 2: Reflexis Customers’ Award Winning Implementations
Reflexis customers have won a variety of awards from independent trade magazines for their implementations of labor scheduling, task management, and other solutions. Part 2 of 2.
In my previous blog about Reflexis customers’ award winning implementations, I wrote about how gratifying it is to see a retailer receive recognition by an independent trade publication for IT excellence and business achievement. In that regard, 2014 has been a great year for Reflexis customers. In part 1, I noted the awards that AutoZone, Stage Stores, and Dollar General received after implementing Reflexis Workforce Manager™ (budgeting, forecasting, labor scheduling, and employee self-service), sometimes with Reflexis Time and Attendance™.
I am pleased to announce another Reflexis labor scheduling and time and attendance customer has just won two more awards this year, this time in Europe: McDonald’s UK recently won Personnel Today’s “Overall Winner” and “Excellence in HR through Technology” awards. McDonald’s UK received the awards at a gala ceremony in London in front of almost 1,000 HR professionals.
With all these customers winning awards for their labor scheduling and time and attendance implementations, it would be easy to forget that Reflexis started out in 2001 as the pioneer in retail task management. But Reflexis customers continue to receive awards for their implementations of Reflexis store execution solutions as well, with the most recent being another European company, fresh food retailer Coop Switzerland, the largest retail chain in the country.
Coop Switzerland received its award for implementing a solution that is used in three different languages, supports the unique business processes of the company’s autonomous regional operations, and integrates with the Enterprise Resource Planning system from SAP. The integration with SAP ensures stores receive tasks and more complex projects that pertain to their specific location only. For example, if the project is a product re-set campaign, the system pulls information from SAP regarding product SKUs sold through each store. If the store doesn’t carry a certain product, managers at a specific location do not have to comb and parse through information that is not relevant to them. When you’re a retailer the size of Coop Switzerland, sending about 750 projects each week to more than 1,900 stores, the ability to simplify tasks and communication increases efficiency that has a ripple effect throughout the organization. Congratulations to Coop Switzerland!
This time of the year, the holiday season, is a good time to reflect on the past and look toward the future. So here’s to all the other awards Reflexis customers have won over the years (below), and watch this space for more awards in the coming months. After hearing what some of our customers are doing with the revolutionary Reflexis StorePulse® real-time execution software to drive operational and customer engagement excellence, I am confident you’ll be hearing more from us in the area of award-winning customer implementations.
