Reflexis Systems Scales Global Customer Support to Meet Growing Roster of Customers
New operations center will complement the Cloud Center of Excellence, further enhancing 24/7 customer support
DEDHAM, Mass., March 20, 2019: Reflexis Systems, Inc., industry leader in real-time store operations and workforce management solutions, announced today the April 1, 2019 opening of a Network Operations Center (NOC) in Pune, India. The new NOC will enhance the 24/7 technical support for the company’s innovative, cloud-based retail solutions and scale capabilities in line with the company’s rapid growth. The NOC will be fully staffed and architecturally upgraded with all monitoring configurations by the launch date.
Supporting clients 24/7 has always been a priority for Reflexis as the firm continues to develop new solutions for retailers, spurred by the June 2018 opening of the Cloud Center of Excellence. The new team based in Pune, along with the existing support team in Kennesaw, GA, will act as first responders to outages, scheduled maintenance or other issues for customers anywhere in the world.
A second consecutive record-breaking year of customer growth in 2018, which also saw the company add more than 100 employees and double existing office space, necessitated the launch of a new NOC.

Reflexis launched the Cloud Center of Excellence in June of 2018 to serve as the primary development center focused exclusively on developing and expanding Reflexis cloud solutions and services, to accelerate innovation for the firm’s retail customers. Columbus, OH, was selected as the location of the Cloud Center of Excellence based on the area’s rich talent base and proximity to numerous global retailers.
