In the article, which analyzed 2,313 enterprise software startup companies listed in CrunchBase, a platform that tracks innovative companies and the people behind them, Reflexis was rated in the top one percent of all rated companies based on funding and employee reviews.
The selection process looked at multiple factors including the amount of funding, the percent of employees who would recommend the company to a friend, and percent of employees who approved of the CEO. The final condition was that companies had to have at least 15 reviews from active employees in Glassdoor, the database of millions of company reviews, CEO approval ratings, salary reports, and more.
