New native Reflexis StorePulse ™, Task Manager™, StoreWalk®, Workforce Manager™, and Employee Self-Service applications provide role-based user interfaces that take advantage of devices’ unique capabilities
New York City (NRF Convention & Expo, Booth #1628) — Reflexis Systems, Inc., the pioneer and leader in integrated real-time execution and workforce management solutions, today announced new native apps available on Apple’s iOS7 and Google’s Android mobile operating systems. Each application provides role-based interfaces with data viewing and functionality tailored to the user’s responsibilities in the organization while taking advantage of device features such as built-in camera, standard operating system gestures, graphics, faster performance, and offline operations capability.
New native mobile applications include:
- Reflexis StorePulse (real-time execution). Users can view prioritized tasks and alerts with the ability to respond or delegate built-in best practice actions in response to Buy Online/Pickup in Store and Buy Online/Ship to Customer orders, customer traffic fluctuations, late truck arrivals, product stock-outs, underperforming KPIs, employee sick call-outs, impending labor law and business rule violations, and more. The alerts, which can come from Reflexis solutions and other sources in the store technology eco-system, include embedded best practice responses with the ability to monitor assigned action completion status to ensure store managers/associates provide the best possible shopping experience.
- Reflexis Task Manager for Store Managers. The role-based solution, tailored for the needs of store and department leaders, enables users to view projects and assignees, see/add notes and attachments, reassign projects, update completion status, and more using iOS and Android devices, including smart phones and tablets.
- Reflexis Task Manager for Regional Managers. The role-based solution, designed for higher-level leaders responsible for multiple stores, provides the ability to view completion status by entity, see all projects launched within their purview, drill down to store level to view details, monitor completion status and changes in projects, view project notes, PDFs, images, documents, add images, and more using tablets.
- Reflexis StoreWalk. Store managers and auditors can efficiently conduct a variety of store inspections related to merchandising compliance, task completion, safety, loss prevention, and more. Audit results can be transmitted to corporate in real time in online mode and near real time in offline mode (e.g., if the store does not have universal wireless coverage), with the ability to assign and monitor completion status of corrective actions to areas of detected non-compliance.
Reflexis solutions are also available on mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets that support HTML 5. In related news, Reflexis announced a partnership with Motorola Solutions and has made its applications available on the SB1 Smart Badge and MC40 enterprise handheld computer.
