Reflexis Names Christian Kasper as Chief Financial Officer

DEDHAM, Mass., September 3, 2019: Reflexis Systems, Inc., the leader in cloud-based workforce management solutions, today announced it has hired Christian G. Kasper as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Kasper joins Reflexis during a period of rapid growth for the company and will leverage his experience to help Reflexis achieve greater scale and enhanced customer capabilities.

Prior to joining Reflexis, Kasper was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of iboss, Inc., a cloud-based cybersecurity firm.  Kasper has also served as both CEO and CFO of Harvest Power, Inc., an organics sustainability company named as one of Fast Company’s 50 Most Innovative Companies. He has been a CFO at several private-equity backed businesses and has held an appointment in the Technology and Operations Management Department at Harvard Business School.  He began his career at The Boston Consulting Group.
