ReflexisPlus™ provides a cloud-based, pre-configured family of solutions (with optional StoreWalk® and mobility modules) with embedded task management and store auditing best practices that can be implemented in 3-5 weeks.
The solutions, which include embedded best practices from the more than 12 years of experience Reflexis has implementing store operations solutions for the best-run retail organizations in the world, initially include three modules:
- ReflexisPlus, a roles-based task management solution with configurable fiscal calendar and task and project types that enables retailers to coordinate planning, streamline communication, and ensure consistent execution of go-to-market and customer engagement strategies such as promotions, price changes, product launches, and other critical tasks such as recalls
- StoreWalk for ReflexisPlus, a store auditing solution that enables retail organizations to efficiently conduct store walks and ensure compliance of Loss Prevention, safety, and other policies and automatically issue and track to completion corrective measures to detected noncompliance
- Mobility for ReflexisPlus, which enables retailers to take advantage of the faster communication and efficiency of smart phones and tablet computers so that managers can make better decisions and expand their field of control, whether on the sales floor or on the road
ReflexisPlus initially comes configured “out of the box” to support the organizational structure, projects, and task types of four categories of retailers: Grocery, Convenience, Big Box, and Specialty. Reflexis will release versions for additional retail categories in the future.
