Reflexis Systems Debuts Artificial Intelligence Solutions at Reflexions
Record number of customers attend annual user conference for networking, best practices, workshops, and training
DEDHAM, Mass., August 27, 2019: Reflexis Systems, Inc., industry leader in real-time store operations and workforce management solutions, announced at its annual user conference the availability of solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning to improve essential store operations and execution processes. Reflexions 2019, the annual Reflexis User Conference & Expo, also set a customer attendance record.
Speakers representing Tractor Supply Co., Cumberland Farms, Luxottica, and Fanatics were among the leading brands that presented at the conference. Topics included utilizing machine learning and AI to improve labor scheduling, discovering savings with Advanced Analytics & Reporting, and the evolution of bank branch workforce scheduling, led by the firm’s first banking customer, a top three U.S. bank.
Solutions announced at the event leverage AI to address specific industry challenges including improving the store pilot process (Store Pilot Analyzer), accurately predicting future staffing levels (Staff Capacity Planner), and leveraging associate skills (Predictive Performance Manager.)
