Reflexis to Present on Real-Time Store Execution at the Future Stores Conference in Seattle
Reflexis to Present, Exhibit, and Host Roundtable Discussions at “The Event for In-Store Experience Innovators” in Seattle, June 20-23, 2016
DEDHAM, Mass. and SEATTLE, June 16, 2016: Reflexis Systems, Inc., the pioneer and leader in real-time store execution and workforce management solutions, will present on “The Future of Retail Stores,” host roundtable discussions, and exhibit in the Innovation Lab at Future Stores, the conference for in-store experience innovators. The conference will take place at the Seattle Sheraton Hotel from June 20-23, 2016.
“The role of the store will change, but not its importance, as retailers implement new customer engagement strategies,” says Brett Friedman, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Reflexis. “Retailers face converging pressures including rising wages and increased customer expectations. But they also have an opportunity to transform brick-and-mortar locations into digital stores in which store managers and associates operate more efficiently and with greater flexibility while providing better customer service.”
On Wednesday, June 22 from 2:25 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. in a presentation on “The Future of Retail Stores,” Reflexis will describe how a platform of real-time store execution and workforce management solutions enables retailers to:
- Deploy a single app on mobile devices to interact with and update multiple store-facing systems — even ones that are not inherently mobile
- Maximize their investment in stores and people and consistently deliver the highest possible quality of customer engagement
- Optimize employee schedules in alignment with customer demand and business goals such as labor spend while complying with government regulations to increase sales and improve profitability
- Respond efficiently using best practices to changing conditions such as surprise customer demand fluctuations, employee sick call-offs, weather, stock-outs, supply chain issues, and Loss Prevention problems
- Consistently complete traditional tasks such as promotions and product launches and new omni-channel offerings such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
