QuickChek: Why We Chose Reflexis Task Manager

When QuickChek, a regional food, convenience, and fuel retailer, came to Reflexis, they wanted to offer customers a truly differentiated and outstanding in-store experience across 150 locations.
Providing fast and fresh food service items and customized drinks and coffee is the key goal of QuickChek, says Amy DaSilva, the company’s HR Communications and Systems Specialist. However, given QuickChek’s many geographically dispersed locations, it was difficult to make sure the associates executed corporate projects consistently, everywhere, each time.
For instance, she says: “If store #2 put up sales signs but store #7 didn’t, our customers were now experiencing two different things.” To ensure corporate visibility into task completion levels across all stores, DaSilva and her team rolled out Reflexis Real Time Task Manager™ and Q-Walk™ (earlier known as StoreWalk).
In addition, to comply with safety and quality regulations and policies, a variety of QuickChek personnel perform different types of store audits with Reflexis Q-Walk. The most crucial of these reviews are the monthly food service audits.
If the internal food audit teams find areas of non-compliance, they create tasks that appear on that store’s Reflexis retail task management screen. The store must then address the assignment immediately, and sign off when the corrective tasks are completed.
The result: “When customers come in, they get the same consistent experience, which is very important for us,” says DaSilva.
