Expanded Reflexis Partner program adds implementation and services companies to support growth into new geographic locations and markets

The new program extends the company’s existing partner relationships to include services partners, channel partners, and additional geographic markets.
Reflexis currently has more than 200 retail customers of its StorePulse® real-time store execution and workforce management solutions (including labor scheduling, task management, time and attendance, employee self-service, and mobile solutions on tablets and smart phones). The new program complements the Reflexis sales and professional services teams by leveraging qualified partners who share the same passion for helping our mutual customers solve their business challenges, optimize their store and omni-channel operations, and realize rapid ROI.
The new Reflexis Partner Program now includes three partner types and establishes Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels:
- Services Partners – A select group of true retail and consulting experts. Our partners’ experience and proven methodologies help solve our customers’ most challenging problems through services such as labor standards definition, implementation delivery, project management, change management, system integration, and other related services.
- Solution Partners – Organizations with complementary solutions that differentiate Reflexis and help our customers operate at full potential. This group of partners leverages our APIs to provide complementary solutions with validated real-time integrations through software, sensors, enabling technology, and mobile devices.
- Channel Partners – Experts in their field bringing critical local knowledge and experience needed to help ensure the ongoing success of our customers.
Reflexis categorizes our partners based on various metrics including the number of trained resources, successful implementations, customer references, and breadth of experience working with the Reflexis platform of products.
