Home improvement retailer deploys Zebra, Reflexis tech to optimize ominichannel experience

Mitre 10, New Zealand’s biggest home improvement retailer, is deploying Zebra Technologies’ Reflexis Systems technology to optimize omnichannel customer experience, boost operational efficiency and modernize communication processes across its 84 stores.
Reflexis System is part of Zebra Technologies and provides intelligent workforce management and executive solutions. Mitre 10 is using Reflexis Real-Time Task Manager, Reflexis Q-Walk and Reflexis Mobility, according to a press release.
Real-Time Task Manager will increase transparency and communication companywide. Mitre 10’s field management team will use the mobile Q-Walk solution to streamline the on-site auditing process, enabling more efficient collaboration amongst team members, allowing them to spend more time with customers, according to a press release.
