Coop Switzerland operates more than 1,500 stores with over 50,000 employees, across a range of formats including supermarkets, megastores, and convenience stores. They implemented Task Manager to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative effort.

The company uses Task Manager to communicate product information and price reductions, promotional and sales plans, product recalls, advertising campaigns, daily and weekly bulletins, and delivery information to stores. With Task Manager, Coop has been able to clearly define processes and workflow, streamlining communication and improving consistency. Store and regional managers also have an improved line of sight, allowing them to manage by exception.
