Connections 2021 Boosts Collaboration For Reflexis Experts, Customers
The Connections 2021 Zebra-Reflexis digital event just wrapped, with dozens of attendees from 60-plus companies from around the world benefitting from interactions with colleagues and technical experts. This year’s theme was “Better Together,” and the event focused on getting more value from Reflexis ONE™ solutions.
“Even though the event moved from in-person to virtual, we still had over 140 customers participate in three sessions covering Latin America, North America, EMEA, and APAC,” says Reflexis’ Dan Legatt, who oversees SaaS Offerings and Delivery Readiness. “The activities allowed for conversations and Q&A with Zebra employees and peer customers, as well. There was a nice balance of general session presentations and breakout open discussions.”
Retailers attending noted they especially enjoyed the interactions with the Reflexis team and their industry peers. In event surveys, attendees gave high marks to leadership topics and Reflexis communications technologies. They also gave a thumbs up to the event’s “engaged and passionate presenters.”
Participant Learning Opportunities
The need for knowledge is greater than ever, as the pandemic recedes and retailers face a much-changed environment. To that end, Connections 2021 attendees learned about the latest Reflexis best practices, and had frank collegial conversations during the breakouts, covering multiple topics.
The participants heard from experts, discussing subjects like Reflexis’ voice-activated artificial intelligence technology pilots. There were also sessions providing information about upgrade versions, best practices and trends, and process and functionality changes. The breakouts covered subjects such as the Q-Comm™ and general communications applications; the Q-Walk™ auditing solution; and Reflexis forecasting and scheduling tools.
Upcoming Connections Better Than Ever
“Bringing together customers and Zebra customer support agents allows for valuable learnings and best practice sharing in a condensed time,” says Sarah Liptak, a member of the Reflexis SaaS Offering and Delivery Readiness Team. “Hearing about current and future integration options, functionality tips and tricks, trends, and how customers can get involved makes this dedicated time appreciated.”
In the meantime, for those unable to attend Connections 2021, select recorded video sessions are available on the Reflexis Knowledge Center. Upcoming recorded presentations include those on: the Reflexis Workforce Scheduler™ (RWS) combined sessions 4.3.2; Q-Comm; and Unifying Platforms.
Through Reflexis Knowledge Center, we offer tips and workarounds to customers, available 24/7. The site provides release notes, instructive videos, and documentation on a wide array of Reflexis applications. There is also a monthly update from Reflexis technical experts.
The organizers solicited feedback to make Connections 2022 events even more useful for participants. In surveys, attendees say they hope to hear more about setting store attributes and smoothing the rollout of solutions in their companies. Future editions of Connections will build on the feedback we’ve gathered: We’ll provide more customer-focused learning opportunities and ways to increase in-person and digital event participation.
As always, the event will be a great opportunity to network with retail peers. It will also offer you the tools to drive success in these uncertain times and beyond. Keep an eye out for our next Connections Webinar and we look forward to seeing you in person at our 2022 Regional Connections events.
