Like many retailers, Coop faced challenges with corporate-to-store communications. The issues included the complexity of multi-channel platforms (email, intranet, telefax, etc.). Additionally, some communications were sent to stores that weren’t the intended recipients. Finally, there was no visibility into the actual in-store task completion.
