Prashanth Palakurthi is the CEO of Reflexis Systems. He founded the company in 2001, and with his team of co-founders, pioneered the field of retail execution management solutions. These systems enable companies to simplify store operations and consistently execute labor operations and customer engagement strategies.
Prashanth has spent more than 25 years working with enterprises in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and the United States–advising them on the alignment of business and IT strategies. In 2014, he received an award from the New York-based Asian American Business Development Center, for building a successful business and contributing to the community.
Prashanth and Anuradha Palakurthi live in Weston, Massachusetts, and have three children and one son-in-law. He is also an avid fan of the New England Patriots. Recently, he accepted that his life-long dream of being a world-class bridge player is about as likely as his winning the Boston Marathon.
Prashanth holds master’s degrees in mathematics and management studies from India’s Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences.
With more than 20 years of international experience, Sundar is the technology guru who explores and validates all technological decisions in the organization. He ensures that Reflexis technology seamlessly integrates with our customers’ enterprise platforms. Before coming to Reflexis, Sundar was the senior lead for the database systems porting and integration strategy at ICL Systems, United Kingdom. When ICL became part of Fujitsu, Sundar became the chief technology strategy advisor for Fujitsu Caribbean. Sundar has a Master of Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.
Scott has been in the private equity industry for more than 25 years. In that time, he has invested in a variety of industries and served as a director on the boards of more than 20 companies. Scott co-founded Sageview in 2005 and is a managing partner of the firm. Previously, Scott was a partner at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. Scott joined KKR in 1986 in New York, became partner at year-end 1994, and served on KKR’s investment committee from 2000 to 2005. During that five years, he was responsible for KKR’s utilities and consumer products industry groups.
At Sageview, Scott serves as director at Cadence Bancorp LLC, Rapid RTC (DMT), and Reflexis. He is also the former lead independent director at EverBank Financial Corp, and board member at United Financial Capital Partners, Inc. Scott is also a member of the board at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Scott received a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in 1981 and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1986.
Jeff joined Sageview in 2006 as a principal in the Palo Alto, California, office and became partner in 2015. Jeff currently serves as a director at Elastic Path, Ezoic, Rapid RTC (DMT), and Reflexis; he also holds an observer seat on the board of MetricStream. He is also a former board observer at Alfresco Software, Avalara, Envivio, and GoPro. At Sageview, Jeff has focused on the technology sector, with an emphasis on enterprise software and communications equipment.
Prior to joining Sageview, Jeff was an associate at SPO Partners & Co., where he served on the 10-person investment team. It managed a concentrated portfolio of public and private investments. The team also evaluated new opportunities across industries, including the media, software, and energy sectors. Prior to joining SPO Partners, Jeff was a Goldman, Sachs & Co. analyst in the industrial and financial sponsors groups in the investment banking division. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
Chris is responsible for originating and executing investment opportunities in the software and technology-enabled services sectors. Chris serves on the boards of Reflexis Systems, Reward Gateway, PlanSource, Vanco Payment Solutions, and BlueSnap. He formerly served on the boards of bswift, Accelerated Payment Technologies, Horizon Telecom International, SmartMail, Palm Beach Broadcasting, Dame Broadcasting. He was also an observer of Freightquote.com and SecureWorks.
Chris originally joined Great Hill Partners in 2000 and returned to the firm after graduating from business school. Prior to joining Great Hill Partners, Chris was an analyst in the investment banking division of JPMorgan Chase & Co., and an associate at GCC Investments.
Chris received a bachelor’s in political science and history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Chris is responsible for originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the software and technology-enabled services sectors. He serves on the board of directors of Examity and Reflexis.
Prior to joining Great Hill Partners, Chris was an associate at Polaris Partners, where he sourced and executed investments in the software, healthcare IT, financial technology, and business services sectors. Prior to Polaris, Chris worked at Jefferies & Co. as an investment banking analyst in the technology, media, and telecom group, where he focused on a variety of transactions, including M&A and debt and equity financings.
Chris earned a bachelor’s in economics from Amherst College and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
