Prashanth Palakurthi is the CEO of Reflexis Systems. He founded the company in 2001 and with his team of co-founders pioneered the category of Retail Execution Management solutions that enable companies to simplify store operations and consistently execute labor operations and customer engagement strategies. He has spent over 25 years with enterprises in Europe, Asia, Caribbean and the USA – advising them on the Alignment of Business and IT Strategies. In 2014, he received an Award from the Asian American Business Development Center in New York for building a successful business and contributing to the community.
Prashanth is a double graduate with Masters in Mathematics and Management Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences in India. Prashanth is an avid fan of the New England Patriots. He has recently accepted that his life-long dream of being a world-class bridge player is about as likely as his winning the next Boston Marathon.
Prashanth and Anuradha Palakurthi live in Weston, MA; they have three children and one son-in-law.
Sundar ensures that Reflexis technology seamlessly integrates with our customers’ enterprise platforms. He is the technology “guru” who explores and validates all technological decisions in the organization. Before coming to Reflexis, Sundar was the senior lead for Database Systems porting and integration strategy at ICL Systems, UK. When ICL became part of Fujitsu, Sundar was the Chief Technology Strategy Advisor for Fujitsu Caribbean. Sundar has a Master of Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has more than 20 years of international business experience.
Scott co-founded Sageview in 2005 and is a Managing Partner of the Firm. Scott has been in the private equity industry for over 25 years, during which time he has invested in a variety of industries and has served on the board of directors of over 20 companies. Prior to founding Sageview in 2005, Scott was a Partner at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. Scott joined KKR in 1986 in New York, became partner at year-end 1994, and served on KKR’s investment committee from 2000 to 2005. From 2000 until his departure in 2005, he was responsible for KKR’s industry groups in the utilities and consumers products sectors.
At Sageview, Scott currently serves as director at Cadence Bancorp LLC, Rapid RTC [DMT], and Reflexis. He is also the former lead independent director at EverBank Financial Corp, and board member at United Financial Capital Partners, Inc. Scott is also a member of the board at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Scott received a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in 1981 and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1986.
Jeff joined Sageview in 2006 as a Principal in the Palo Alto office and was promoted to Partner in 2015. Jeff currently serves as a director at Elastic Path, Ezoic, Rapid RTC [DMT], and Reflexis and holds an observer seat on the board of MetricStream. He is also a former board observer at Alfresco Software, Avalara, Envivio, and GoPro. At Sageview, Jeff has focused on the technology sector, with an emphasis on enterprise software and communications equipment.
Prior to joining Sageview, Jeff was an Associate at SPO Partners & Co., where he was part of the ten-person investment team managing a concentrated portfolio of public and private investments and evaluating new opportunities across industries, including media, software, and energy. Prior to SPO Partners, Jeff was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an Analyst in the Industrial and Financial Sponsors groups of the Investment Banking Division. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
Chris is responsible for originating and executing investment opportunities in the software and technology-enabled services sectors. Chris serves on the Board of Directors of Reflexis Systems, Reward Gateway, PlanSource, Vanco Payment Solutions, and BlueSnap. He formerly served on the Boards of bswift, Accelerated Payment Technologies, Horizon Telecom International, SmartMail, Palm Beach Broadcasting, Dame Broadcasting, and as an observer of Freightquote.com and SecureWorks.
Chris originally joined Great Hill Partners in 2000 and returned to the firm after graduating from business school. Prior to joining Great Hill Partners, Chris was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of JP Morgan and an associate at GCC Investments.
Chris received a BA in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chris is responsible for originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the software and technology-enabled services sectors. He serves on the board of directors of Examity and Reflexis.
Prior to joining Great Hill Partners, Chris was an associate at Polaris Partners, where he sourced and executed investments in the software, healthcare IT, financial technology, and business services sectors. Prior to Polaris, Chris worked at Jefferies & Co. as an investment banking analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group, where he focused on a variety of transactions, including M&A and debt and equity financings.
Chris earned a BA in economics from Amherst College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
