Prashanth Palakurthi is the Founder and CEO of Reflexis Systems, pioneering the new category of Retail Execution Management in 2001. He has spent over 22 years with enterprises in Europe, Asia, Caribbean and the USA – advising them on Alignment of Business and IT Strategies. Prashanth is a double graduate with Masters in Mathematics and Management Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani.

Prashanth serves as an Advisor to the Board of the Giving Back Foundation spending time on Autism Research and is a frequent contributor to educational programs at his University.

Prashanth's fantasy is to become a world-class Bridge Player and hopes to find time to learn it well.

Dan Clarke has more than 20 years of experience as a CFO and senior-level executive with expansion-stage technology companies. Before joining Reflexis, he held CFO positions at SmartTime Software, Eigner U.S., and Giga Information Group. He also held senior financial positions at Lodestar Corporation, BBN Corporation, and The Freudenberg Group. Dan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sundar Ranganathan
Chief Technology Officer

Sundar ensures that Reflexis technology seamlessly integrates with our customers' enterprise platforms. He is the technology "guru" who explores and validates all technological decisions in the organization. Before coming to Reflexis, Sundar was the senior lead for Database Systems porting and integration strategy at ICL Systems, UK. When ICL became part of Fujitsu, Sundar was the Chief Technology Strategy Advisor for Fujitsu Caribbean. Sundar has a Master of Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has more than 20 years of international business experience.

Narayana Raghupathy (Raghu) has a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and over 25 years of experience in IT operations and deployment, management, and customer support. He has managed the deployment of enterprise applications for some of the world's largest retail, financial, and manufacturing organizations. With a track record of having completed many projects to strict time and budget constraints, Raghu leads a team in Reflexis that has an impeccable record of on-time deployment.

Nick brings his operations expertise to Reflexis as part of the 2007 acquisition of Enfotrust - the leader in field mobility solutions and services. Prior to founding Enfotrust, Mr. Steele served as the senior vice president and CIO of The Fidelity Group Inc., one of Atlanta's largest and fastest-growing mortgage and financial services companies. Prior to The Fidelity Group, Mr. Steele served as an officer and pilot in the United States military. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Engineering from the United States Military Academy.

Kevin Paolino brings over 20 years of experience in the execution and management of strategic sales and marketing programs. Prior to joining Reflexis, Kevin was Vice President of Sales for Enfotrust where he expanded the role of mobility services. Before joining Enfotrust, Kevin was Vice President of Sales for Xirrus, Inc. where he successfully launched Xirrus' sales and marketing strategy. Prior to Xirrus, Mr. Paolino was Operations Director for Symbol Technologies, as well as the Director of Sales & Marketing, Service Provider Sales at Intel Corp. Prior to its acquisition by Intel, Mr. Paolino was Sr. Director, Sales & Marketing North America for Xircom, with direct responsibility for its multi-market sales and marketing force covering distribution, reseller, retail, catalog, and E-tail. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Siena College.

Murtaza Ghadyali, a founding member of Reflexis with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, has managed full product life cycles in Retail and other verticals. With knowledge and experience gained through interaction with international customers – in the USA, UK, Singapore and the Caribbean – Mr. Ghadyali has successfully guided the direction and growth of the Reflexis suite of products since the first deployment several years ago. He has led the functional roadmap expansion to cover the expanding needs of Reflexis customers. Mr. Ghadyali ensures that the product development is perfectly aligned with the current and future needs of the marketplace, keeping ahead of industry changes. Murtaza Ghadyali has a Masters in Technology (Computer Science) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Arun has over 18 years of experience in designing and implementing IT solutions for the Retail, Manufacturing, Financial, and Healthcare sectors. He has extensive experience working with international clients in the U.S., U.K., Caribbean, and India. He has led large software development teams working both onsite and offshore.

Ratnam has an engineering degree and over 25 years of IT experience across the globe, designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT solutions for the manufacturing, retail, utilities, and finance industries. He is the chief authority on product architecture, and his breadth of experience and mentoring abilities make him the expert to whom everyone in the organization turns whenever help, advice, or suggestions are required.

OP Choudhary is one of the founding members of the company and the Director of Operations for the Reflexis European Market, focusing on customer service and on-time deliveries, ensuring rapid growth of our business in the region. In this role, he has been able to offer invaluable guidance to customers in the deployment of Reflexis solutions. OP has more than 20 years of extensive experience in IT Operations in finance, retail, telecommunications, and the government sector.

Prior to joining Reflexis, OP worked as a Director for TechLead Corporation and prior to that, as Head of Professional Services, Fujitsu-ICL in Barbados.

OP also has an Electrical Engineering degree from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi, India.

Shirley has over 20 years experience in the Retail & IT industry. She has held a variety of roles in sales, sales management, and consulting and professional services management. She has extensive and diversified international experience in business development and business process definition, having held key management positions in a variety of geographies, including the UK, Caribbean, and the USA. Prior to joining Reflexis she was with Fujitsu Transaction Solutions where she successfully managed the Retail sales business for the US West and Central Regions.

Kathy has over 20 years of experience in a variety of store operations roles in Europe – at stores, in the field, and at the Head office. Her first-hand experience of retail execution issues & expertise in business/change management processes has improved our product’s fitness to European markets significantly. She leads all our deployments helping our customers re-engineer communication processes and establish sustainable infrastructure required to maximize technology-business alignment. Kathy has an MBA from the Open University in England.

Abhijit is a director at Reflexis Systems India Pvt. Ltd. In this role, he oversees the operations in India, with a special emphasis on the Pune Development Center.

Abhijit has several years of experience leading development teams in various technology areas as well as business verticals. Abhijit came to Pune to set up Reflexis Systems India Pvt. Ltd. in 2004. Prior to that, he was working from the Reflexis home office, providing consultancy services to its clients across the U.S. In his earlier assignments, he had worked with Techlead Software Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Pune for close to 10 years, eventually heading the Caribbean operations of Techlead. He has a B.E. in Computer Science from the University of Pune.
