Reflexis Systems Names New CFO and Vice President of Sales and Marketing; Expanded management team to help meet growing market demand for award-winning retail task management systems

NORWOOD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 2006--Reflexis, the pioneer and leader in next-generation Retail Execution/Task Management, announced today the appointment of Daniel M. Clarke as Chief Financial Officer and Michael J. Panagakos as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Clarke brings to Reflexis extensive experience as a CFO and senior-level executive with expansion-stage technology companies. One of Mr. Clarke's primary responsibilities will be to manage and expand the business infrastructure to support the accelerating growth and development of the company. Mr. Panagakos is a seasoned veteran of enterprise software sales with more than 20 years of executive experience, including seven years with Kronos, Inc., a major developer of enterprise workforce management solutions. Mr. Panagakos will push rapid growth for Reflexis through aggressive partnerships with other leading solution vendors as well as continued growth and development of the company's direct distribution strategy.

Before joining Reflexis, Mr. Clarke was Vice President and CFO of SmartTime Software, Inc. a provider of enterprise workforce management solutions. Prior to SmartTime, he was CFO of Eigner U.S., Inc., a global provider of product lifecycle management solutions. Additionally, Mr. Clarke has served as senior vice president and CFO of Giga Information Group, a leading global IT advisory firm, and held senior-level positions at Lodestar Corporation, BBN Corporation, and The Freudenberg Group.

Mr. Panagakos served most recently as Vice President of Field Operations at SmartTime Software, Inc., where he led sales, marketing, alliance, and client services. Prior to SmartTime he was Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Services for Lodestar Corporation. Before joining Lodestar, Mr. Panagakos was Vice President of Sales, Americas, for Kronos Incorporated. Mr. Panagakos served Kronos for seven years where he was responsible for all direct and indirect sales in the western hemisphere. Previous to Kronos, he was Vice President of Sales and Client Services for Shared Telecommunications Systems. Additionally, Mr. Panagakos contributed more than eight years in various sales and sales management roles at the Bell and Howell Company.

LV Prasad has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations to play an increased role in the definition of product and market strategy of the company.
