New York, NY, January 16, 2006- Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc. and Reflexis Systems Inc., the leader in workforce management software, have formed a partnership under which Fujitsu will resell Reflexis solutions and integrate the company?s enterprise applications with its own software, services and hardware offerings.

Specifically, the companies will jointly develop a go-to-market strategy including identifying target customers and executing various comarketing programs for Reflexis Workforce Management solutions. Reflexis Systems is the pioneer and leader of Enterprise Execution Management systems that help retailers institutionalize operational excellence at every store.

Fujitsu will seamlessly integrate these solutions into its GlobalSTORE application and Pervasive Retailing™ Framework (PRF), a newly announced, unified set of software, tools and services that enables real-time retailing interoperability. Fujitsu's PRF helps retailers minimize the time, risk and costs of creating interoperability between disparate applications and devices ? even in legacy settings where multiple platforms from numerous vendors are typically deployed.
